Kreditano plugin privacy notice

Who operates the service

Information processed

When ChatGPT calls a tool, the service receives the tool arguments: loan amounts, interest rates, durations, costs, selected language, or the organization name or company CUI you ask to check. These may be financial information about you if you enter your own circumstances. Use sample amounts if you do not want to share actual figures. We do not need your name, personal identification number, identification documents, bank credentials, or an account. Do not send these. There is no credit application or lending decision.

Calculations process the supplied numbers in memory and return the result to ChatGPT. A register search sends the organization query to Kreditano's own institution-check service. The tool-events file does not contain loan inputs, register queries, IP addresses, conversation text, or user identifiers. The plugin does not intentionally request your chat history or memories. OpenAI decides which relevant arguments to pass to tools; its processing of your conversations is governed by your OpenAI settings and policies.

Purpose and operational records

We process tool arguments to provide the calculation or public-register information you request. We record the time, tool name, result status, language and an operational audience label to diagnose failures and measure aggregate use. Calls are not a count of people. We use service delivery as the basis for handling requested calculations and our legitimate interest in security and reliable operation for limited technical records. We do not sell plugin data or use the submitted financial inputs for advertising or model training.

Retention

Tool inputs are not written to the application's tool-events log or an application database. Operational tool-event records use size-based rotation: an active file of approximately 5 MiB and one previous file. Older records are replaced as new activity fills these files. An hourly retention check removes operational tool events older than 30 days, including from the previous file; this also runs when the service starts. Routine deletion can therefore lag the 30-day mark by up to one hour while the service is running. Container diagnostic logs are capped at two files of approximately 2 MiB each. These size limits describe application-controlled logs, not OpenAI's or infrastructure providers' independent records.

Service providers and transfers

The service runs on Hetzner hosting and uses Cloudflare for network delivery and security. Those providers process technical connection information necessary to operate their services, which can include requesting IP addresses and request metadata. Their independent security records and retention are governed by their applicable policies and contractual terms; we do not promise that deleting an application log deletes provider-held records. OpenAI processes the conversation and receives tool results. Provider processing may involve locations outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area, under the providers' applicable transfer arrangements. Optional links to the website

No lender or affiliate application link is returned by this version, and product listings are disabled. Optional links open kreditano.ro. Calculation parameters are placed in a URL fragment to restore the scenario in your browser; this is not encryption, and anyone to whom you give the full link can read the parameters. The handoff page has no advertising or analytics scripts, but the destination website and calculator follow the website privacy policy and your website consent choices. Links include a campaign label to distinguish plugin traffic. You do not have to open a website link to receive the tool's calculation.

Your choices and rights

You can stop using or disconnect the plugin in ChatGPT. You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability where applicable, or object to processing based on legitimate interests, by contacting us above. Supply only the information needed to identify the request, such as its approximate time and tool; anonymous operational records may not identify you. Disconnecting alone does not delete records already held. You may complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP.
